Love the wedding planning process, but need some assistance with the finer details? The Wedding Planner is here to take the stress away with your very own Wedding Day Coordinator. We will become your go-to point of contact on the day to oversee all events, we ensure that everything is up to perfection, and ensure your schedule runs seamlessly as planned. We will be your saving grace, leaving you to soak up each moment of your special day. The Wedding Planner will execute your dream day. 

If you have planned and designed all the creative aspects of your event but do not have the time or resources to implement them, we will be there to make sure it all comes together. We will meet with you up to one month prior to the Wedding Day to go over all the details and touch base in the final week to confirm everything is ready to go. Our team will be there on the day to ensure everything is set up perfectly leaving you stress-free. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

• Up to 8 hours of service on the day
• Organising meetings to discuss bump in / out with vendors. 
• Vendor confirmation emails/calls prior to the event.
• Run sheet prepared for the day and distributed to all relevant vendors. 
• Coordination of ceremony and reception set up.

ALSO...

• The Wedding Planner will meet with all suppliers on the day for set up, ensuring they are there on time and know the venue layout.
• Coordination of the ceremony & reception set up including table plans, decoration, lighting, and music.
• Coordination of the order of events including the ceremony, speeches, cake cutting, and first dance including the incorporations of any traditions. 
• Full assistance to the couple and guests arriving.
